2. Maintenance of the tool box under the spindle bearing of the tapping machine: Check the oil quality, maintain stability, and ensure that the remaining oil meets the regulations. Eliminate the burrs on the taper hole of the spindle bearing. Clean the hydraulic press speed control system software, oil-water separator network, and adjust the steam pressure.
3. Inspection of the turning arm and clamping mechanism of the tapping machine: Check and adjust the lifting system and clamping mechanism to ensure they are flexible and reliable.
4. Inspection of the intake system of the automatic tapping machine: Clean the polypropylene cloth, ensure that the oil gauge is complete, the oil circuit is unobstructed, and the oil window is bright.
5. Inspection of the tapping mechanism cooling system: Clean the cooling pump, filtering device, and refrigerant tank. Check the refrigerant pipeline and ensure that there is no water leakage.
6. Automatic tapping machine electrical system software inspection: Clean the dust inside and outside the motor and electrical box. Turn off the power, open the electrical door cover, and check if the electrical connectors and components are loose or brittle. Check if the travel switch is working properly. Is it effective to open and close the door and turn off the power. Check if the hydraulic transmission system is functioning properly and if there is any oil leakage. Are all electrical automatic switches functioning properly.
Daily maintenance and upkeep do not need to be so troublesome. You can use a detergent mixer to gradually clean the CNC lathe from beginning to end. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the connecting arm and column head, and check the smoothness of the oil circuit before use.
