1. Automatic tapping machine surface and blind spots, remove all plugs, clean inside and outside according to regulations, no rust, no yellow robe, paint visible in original color, iron visible in light. Clean the sliding surface and eliminate burrs on the countertop of the cabinet during work. Check and supplement screws, football, and prototype models, and verify the flexibility and stability of each joystick.
2. Maintenance of the tool box under the spindle bearing of the tapping machine: Check the oil quality, maintain stability, and ensure that the remaining oil meets the regulations. Eliminate the burrs on the taper hole of the spindle bearing. Clean the hydraulic press speed control system software, oil-water separator network, and adjust the steam pressure.
3. Inspection of the turning arm and clamping mechanism of the tapping machine: Check and adjust the lifting system and clamping mechanism to ensure they are flexible and reliable.
4. Inspection of the intake system of the automatic tapping machine: Clean the polypropylene cloth, ensure that the oil gauge is complete, the oil circuit is unobstructed, and the oil window is bright.
